Skippers and Observers Guidebooks

We offer online guidebooks in English for longline and purse-seine skippers as well as purse-seine observers.

To complete the continuing education in best practices that ISSF Participating Companies and ProActive Vessel Register-listed vessels require, skippers must: (1) review the guidebook for their vessel gear type (longline or purse seine) and (2) submit the feedback form or completion form at the end. Skippers must submit the form to receive credit for participating.
